The Many Worlds' Fair
My MFA thesis, "Transforming Binary into Emotion: Utilizing Emerging Technologies to Create Emotional Experiences Through Adaptable Attractions", is an exploration of the emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, VR, AR, interactivity, adaptable attractions, and projection mapping.
The container story for the thesis is The Many Worlds' Fair, a hub that brings together the most creative beings in the multiverse. This creates a unique experience for every guest that enters.

Process
-
Conduct creative strategy research and gather references to inform my ideas for the final image.
-
Create a quick sketch or photobash references together to visualize the scene.
-
Block out the scene in Maya and render it into Procreate or Photoshop.
-
Import the image into Midjourney and create relevant prompts.
-
Generate multiple versions of the image using Midjourney, photobashing aspects of each generation as needed.
-
Illustrate over the top of the final generation to refine the image.
-
Repeat this process until the final image meets my vision.
This process typically takes around 100 generations to complete, but it allows for the creation of a high-quality product in a shorter amount of time. It also allows for the exploration of various styles during the early ideation stage and the presentation of multiple options to the art or creative director.
